Why it matters

Lots of businesses set up their website, email and social pages quickly, on a friend's or employee's personal account. It works until someone leaves, or you change supplier, and then you can lose access to your own business. We set everything up so it belongs to your company from the start, and keep it secure.

How it works

  1. 15-minute call. We learn about your business and what you need first.
  2. We build. Typically 2–3 weeks: website, brand, Google profile and social pages, with you approving each step.
  3. You launch. We look after your website every month, and you can add more help (IT support, ads or SEO) whenever you're ready.

Common questions

Is the website really included?

Yes. The design and build of a website of up to 5 pages is included when you take Website Care at £165 a month (minimum 12 months, then monthly). There's nothing to pay upfront.

What does Website Care cover?

Fast, secure hosting, updates, security monitoring, backups and small changes to your website each month, so it keeps working and stays current.

What if I want to cancel early?

You can. If you cancel within the first 12 months, you pay the remaining months or £995, whichever is lower. That covers the website build.

What happens after 12 months?

Your plan simply continues month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Your website, domain and accounts are yours to keep.

Why set things up in the business's name?

Many new businesses set up their website, email and social pages on someone's personal account. If that person leaves, or you change supplier, you can lose access to your own accounts. We make sure everything belongs to your business from day one.

Do I need Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?

Not necessarily. You need professional email on your own domain. Simple email hosting (from about £1–3 per person a month) is enough for many businesses. If you also want Teams or Google Meet, Office apps or shared files, Microsoft 365 (from about £5) or Google Workspace (from about £7 per person a month) is better value. We'll recommend what suits you, set it up and secure it. Licences are paid by you directly.

Who is it for?

New businesses (registered in the last 12 months) and established businesses refreshing their website and brand. We take on up to 5 a month so each gets proper attention.
